TMF(HK), being part of Tokio Marine Group, we share a common mission in making contribution to sustainable social progress by implementing our corporate philosophy based on the code of conduct expressed in the "Tokio Marine Group CSR Charter", with the aim of achieving prosperity and comfort for every person in our society.

We are committed to fulfilling our Corporate Social Responsibilities ("CSR") by implementing our corporate philosophy to achieve sustainable growth together with the development of society, in accordance with the following principles:

Products and Services
We aim to provide the society with products and services to meet its needs for safety and security.
Respect for Human Rights and Dignity
We respect and actively promote the recognition of human rights for all people. We strive to ensure an energetic working environment that is both safe and healthy and to promote training and education of our employees. We respect the right to privacy and strive to enforce thorough control of personal information.
Protection of the Global Environment
Acknowledging that the protection of the global environment is an important responsibility for all corporate entities, we respect harmony with and improving the global environment in all of our activities.
Contribution to Local Communities and Societies
As a member of various communities and societies, we respect the diversity of cultures and customs in different countries and regions and we aim to contribute actively to society in response to the needs of the current era.
Compliance
While striving to maintain high ethical standards at all times, we will pursue strict compliance in all aspects of our business activities.
Communication
We intend to disclose information timely and appropriately and to promote dialogue with all our stakeholders to ensure effective corporate management.

CSR ACTIVITIES IN TOKIO MARINE

TMF(HK) has been organizing a wide variety of CSR activities to satisfy the company's Corporate Social Responsibilities.

Every year, TMF(HK) hold Green Education Program with Han Andersen Club for less privileged children. The program has commenced since 2007.

In November 2019, TMF(HK) and Hans Andersen Club jointly organized an outing CSR activity in Pineapple Park which is located in Yuen Long. 30 of our colleagues with 38 little children joined this event. The main theme for this event is to promote environmental education and let the children have a chance to explore the natural environment and creatures.

In 2020, TMF(HK) and Hans Andersen Club again jointly organized a new type of learning activity for more than 30 children in November and December, we called it "Digital Storytelling". We believe that telling stories are a means to move children, equip them to have good moral value and the ability to learn. It was a perfect way to broaden children's horizons and nourish their minds. With great support from IT, Hans Andersen Club and colleagues, we have had a joyful moments by reading books & playing games online with all little children joined this event. TMF(HK) also donated the tablets which needed for online communications, and toys, surgical mask, disinfectant for this time.

CSR committee commits to make contributions to the sustainable development of HK Society under the following two principles, i) Contribution to communities and societies, and ii) Protection of the global environment.

Although the working environment has keep changing, we shall continue to grasp each and every opportunity to realize the goal.

TMF(HK) were awarded the 15 Years Plus Caring Company Logo for recognizing our Corporate Social Responsibility through caring for the community, employee, and the environment.
